Solved Memory dump while watching a movie

Hello guys, I hope that you can help me with my problem.

I've installed Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit 3-4 months ago and it never had any problems. I keep my programs and drivers up to date, I run CCleaner regularly and everything used to work perfectly. During the last week I haven't installed anything but Skype. And today there was a Firefox uptade.

I watch movies almost everyday. Today I got a BSOD after watching 5 minutes of it. I ignored it and kept watching, but it crashed again after a few minutes, and then my hdd (i guess) started to drone, the sound was very noisy. My computer is on hard desk so it does'nt shake, and it was just a little warm. Earlier that day I've spent some time working in Photoshop and browsing the web and there were no problems.
I'm adding the SFdebugFiles, and waiting forward to your answers.

We can see that your Killer Network Driver divided something which was not allowed (Division by 0) and hence we got the KiDivideFaultError.
The driver highlighted in Blue i.e. Killer Network Driver is the one causing BSODs. Kindly follow the below workarounds and see if your problem is resolved or not -
Killer Networks Ethernet Card. Driver has Qualcomm Atheros Killer Service BSOD issue. Workaround here:MSI USA - Online Technical Support FAQ

If the above workaround does not work, it is advised to install the drivers only by following this post - https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=178064.0

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Thank you for your answer :)
I followed the instruction, however my BSOD appeared only three times (2x as mentioned above and once when I was browsing the web, all in one day), and since two days it hasn't happend. I don't know why this driver crashed such suddenly and then started working normally, i'm afraid my MSI is a girl :D I'll let know if something happens.
Thanks again for your help ;)
