If you are stuck, use 3DP Chip. It will help you find the outdated drivers, and it works well.

Ok ran 3DP Chip and updated everything again. Everything was fine, until I just got another BSOD.

    BugCheck Info: REFERENCE_BY_POINTER (18)

    Arg3: 0000000000000001, Reserved
    Arg4: ffffc001f7966ff8, Reserved
The reference count of an object is illegal for the current state of the object.
Each time a driver uses a pointer to an object the driver calls a kernel routine
to increment the reference count of the object. When the driver is done with the
pointer the driver calls another kernel routine to decrement the reference count.
Drivers must match calls to the increment and decrement routines. This bugcheck
can occur because an object's reference count goes to zero while there are still
open handles to the object, in which case the fourth parameter indicates the number
of opened handles. It may also occur when the object?s reference count drops below zero
whether or not there are open handles to the object, and in that case the fourth parameter
contains the actual value of the pointer references count.

A Kernel/Complete memory dump of this bugcheck would help.
    This minidump certainly isn't useful.

is the latest crash, copy it to the desktop, compress it in a .zip folder and upload to Onedrive/Dropbox.

About to run the driver verifier. I had put Norton back onto the system after I did a clean install but can remove again if you want me to. I was having issues though with avast freezing, so any suggestions on alternatives for Norton free or paid I don't mind. In the meantime here is the MEMORY.DMP file

It gives me an error that file is corrupted and the file is way too small for a full memory dump.

I ran the verifier, but after I rebooted it just constantly bsods and I cant get into windows, so I just restored to before I started the verifier. The memory dump, thats the only file I have and its is around 500mb.

Oh I may know why the memory dump was so small. I adjusted the settings so it was set to small memory dump and not full dump, as I think I was having an issue on the bsod not generating dump files.
