I run Windows 8.1 64-bit Intel Celeron CPU 1037U @ 1.80GHz, 4.0GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics. TOSHIBA Satelite C55-A.

A few months ago, I encountered a continous bluescreen titled DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION, and I solved the problem by unchecking fast startup. It was fine for a few months, and then it started acting up again in the past week or two. It's happened while watching videos and saving documents, having skype calls, or even just doing normal internet browsing. I've tried every solution I've read, I've updated my drivers, fast startup is still unchecked, I got rid of AVG which was apparently a causer of the problem yet it still happens. I've run CCleaner and I tried defragging my disks but it blue screened 6% into that. It happens after roughly 4-5 hours of usage, and I go on the computer a lot so this is an incredibly big and frustrating problem.

I can't reinstall Windows 8 because the computer came with it, that was another suggestion, but now I have no idea what to do. Please help me fix this, this is an insanely big problem for me.

I looked at my Event Viewer, and I don't know what any of these things mean, but they've popped up when I've had this issue. I don't know if they will be any help but I figured I would add them.
