Solved BSOD after wake up error attempt to write read only memory

Remove Gigabyte software. Enable Driver Verifier. :Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers - Windows 7 Help Forums
There are several problem devices listed Most of them USBs and apparently drivers for an LGE Android Phone are not installed.
Get all available updates for your PC and stop overclocking in case you are.

Only thing is it is now making that sound found a device and disconnected a device thing.
Though that is nothing fatal, just annoying.
