Hello

When i play any HTML5 videos on Google Chrome just 1 sec, the BSOD whea_uncorrectable_error happen AGAIN and AGAIN! I had updated my motherboard, my graphic driver, cpu, network... to the latest version but it does not help. I have checked the dump file with BlueScreenView and it says that it caused by the driver ntoskrnl.exe+14f1a0. i checked the solution google but i can't find it for HTML5 video player for Google Chrome.

Here is the pc info files + 2 dump files: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=99BD7299AB65FCC8!21174

-------------------------------------------
EDIT: I had cleaned up my computer, re-pasted heatsink on my CPU and GPU, formatted my computer, install Windows 8.1 from disk and setup a computer as a brand new computer. When i play any HTML5 videos on Google Chrome, the same BSOD error whea_uncorrectable_error 0x00000124 happen AGAIN. I don't have any drivers installed at this time. No Intel and no nvidia drivers.

Update you Nvidia driver. I suspect this to be a HW issue, please start HW diagnostics. Hardware Diagnostics Follow my instructions to the letter. If you are uncertain about what to do next, stop and ask.
While looking at your files, I noticed that Killer e2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller was disabled. Is that on purpose? If so, why?
Please monitor your PC temperatures, and post a SS with them.

I already updated my Nvidia driver to the latest version and i already disabled NvStreamKms.sys but the BSOD still happen. i disabled Killer e2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller because it is an useless ethernet. i'm using the primary ethernet. I will try the hardware diagnose

EDIT: i tried the GPU and CPU stress test

GPU stress test = max 75 C, length 3 minutes
CPU stress test = max 75 C, length 1 minute

While running CPU stress test, the CPU temp reached from 30 to 71 C in 2 seconds so i think i have cooler problem but no issues happen on my computer.

I let my computer cool down for 3 hours, start up my computer, play HTML5 video in ONE second on chrome and i got BSOD whea_uncorrectable_error 0x00000124 again. I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome. Please find other solutions for this

I shouldn't have to download AdBlocker, or any other third-party plug-ins for my browser to download a dump file. OneDrive and Dropbox are the most reputable file sharing sites, I strongly suggest you don't visit crapware sites like Zippyshare.

Bugcheck Analysis:

Code:
BugCheck 124, {0, ffffe001073df028, ba000000, 52000402}

Probably caused by : GenuineIntel

GenuineIntel is simply a string which verifies that the Intel processor has been manufactured by Intel. This appears with all Stop 0x124 bugchecks where the error source is the processor. The string is stored in the VendorString field of the _KPRCB structure.

Code:
0: kd> dt nt!_KPRCB -y VendorString
   +0x5958 VendorString : [13] UChar

The WHEA error record from the address stored in the second parameter, reveals the following information:

Code:
0: kd> !errrec ffffe001`073df028

Flags : 0x00000000
Severity : Fatal

Error : Internal unclassified (Proc 0 Bank 4)
  Status : 0xba00000052000402

The error is Internal for Intel developers, and thus no objective reasoning can be used.

Since none of the !sysinfo extensions are going to work with this Minidump, we can parse the processor information from the CPU ID stored in the WHEA error record.

Code:
CPU Id : c3 06 03 00 00 08 10 00 - bf fb da 7f ff fb eb bf

The Family is 6, the Model is 3c and the Stepping is 3. This is good information to report to Intel if required. The Error Bank 4 is for documentation purposes, and not very revealant anyway since the error is private.

I would suggest checking if you have any warranty for the processor, and how old is the CPU your using?

I had that error and BSOD. All hardware tests passed, even stress tests for the CPU. I started "shotgunning" it by replacing parts (memory, power supply) and finally the motherboard (I had a spare on had) and it still had the problem. The only thing left was the CPU. Replaced it and no more problems. Intel replaced the CPU (an i7 3770) under warranty. First time I've had a CPU fail.

May not be the users problem, but it was mine.

My CPU is 4-5 months old. My CPU model is intel core i7-4770k 3.5 GHz and it is NOT overclocked. all CPU settings in BIOS are default (factory settings) and i had never touched any settings in CPU

So does it mean that it is the CPU error?

I can't say if yours is the same, just wanted to point out what I had. Unfortunately the only way to know is part substitution. I have some spare parts, including a CPU, as I do some PC repair and was able to swap items.
