Hello.

Win 8.1 has been crashing randomly. I can't see any triggers at all.

Parts are roughly 1 year-old, ssd is 6 months old. Both CPU and GPU were overclocked, I disabled them but still crashes. Also, crashes did not happen under intensive tasks.

Mostly browsing internet, files, watching youtube stuff. I did install all my drivers using DRIVERBOOSTER, but I ran driver verifier and nothing came up. Also I think if it was drivers, something would have shown up in the event viewer.

I'd like to narrow it down to drivers, software, hardware or OS so I can figure out what is going to be my next step.

Thanks.

Hi Dream3 ^_^,

There are lots of signs that I am wondering about the genuineness of this installed copy of Windows. Could you please follow the below instructions and upload the Log File back.-

Code:
License Information (Windows 8)

  1. Right click on the
    aa922834-ed43-40f1-8830-d5507badb56c_39.jpg
    button
  2. Click on Command prompt =>
  3. Inside the Command Prompt windows copy and paste the following command
    licensingdiag.exe -report "%userprofile%\Desktop\report.txt" -log "%userprofile%\Desktop\repfiles.cab"
  4. Once finished please go to your desktop -> You will see two files report.txt and repfiles.cab -> Please select both files and add them into a zip file
  5. Upload this zip file to your next reply

Hello blueelvis! We can skip that part ahaha. I've just got the bad news from another support forum that my OS was cracked, and very poorly done from what I understood.

I will get that fixed, make a fresh install and see if the issues continue to happen.

However, besides that observation, do you see any other signs pointing to regular software, drivers or hardware?

Hi Dream3,

Unfortunately, we cannot help you since you are using pirated software and it is against the forum rules. This thread will now be closed.
