Hello Admin and Users,

I have just bought a new MSI Computer running windows 8.1, Just on the cold start, after a few minutes of playing around, I suffered a BSOD saying page fault in nonpaged area.

I try searching solution by myself but failed. I have updated all drivers, all windows update and etc.

Please be understanding as I am new and a noob in computers. Thanks. I have posted the zip file below.

Lot's of Windows Updates failures in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report. If the problems continue, please post over in the http://www.eightforums.com/windows-updates-activation/ for further expert assistance with this issue.

The WER section of MSINFO32 shows that the Qcamainx64.sys driver is blamed for a couple of the BSOD's. This driver belongs to the Qualcomm Atheros Extensible Wireless LAN device on your system. Please:
- download a fresh copy of the latest, Win8.1 compatible version of this driver from the manufacturer's website
- uninstall the current version of this driver and it's software from your system
- install the freshly downloaded driver software
- monitor for further BSOD's

Please uninstall the MSI Command utilities - as the multiple versions of the NTIOLib_X64.sys driver are likely causing problems with your system. Also uninstall MSI Live Update, as this driver is also installed there. Check the system by searching for other instances of NTIOLib_X64.sys (don't uninstall them - just let us know what you find and where they're located).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

MSI Afterburner driver (known BSOD issues with Windows) Also found to be a part of MSI Live Update 5[br][br]Recently (Nov 2014) there have been numerous instances of this driver in memory dumps. Analysis reveals that they are scattered throughout the filesystem by the installed MSI command utilities. For now I suggest uninstalling them all.

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
