BSOD doing simple browsing & gaming, 0x00000157

For the past week I have been getting this bsod. I just found out about this forum and I hope you can help me.
Cpu was OC-ed to 4.2 Ghz (i5 3570k max temp at 100% load 65 celcius at 1,250 voltage).
Currently it's not OC-ed but BDOS dont stop.
I have tried uninstalling drivers, installing old drives this did not work. It crashes in safe mode as well. Any other suggestions?
    Error log bugcheck is: 0x00000157

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

There's only 1 memory dump in the uploaded files. If you're using a disk cleaning program (such as CCleaner) please stop while we're troubleshooting.

Lot's of Windows Updates failures in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report. If the problems continue, please post over in the for further expert assistance with this issue.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen both dtsoftbus01.sys and dtscsibus.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
    Alternate link:
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help
Please update your USB3 drivers to the latest, Win8.1 compatible version (yours date from before Win8.1 was released).

Beyond this, as there was only 1 memory dump in the upload, I have these 4 suggestions:
    1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
    2. Get ALL available, Win8.1 compatible updates from the manufacturer's website.
    3. Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
    4. If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:
