Where would I find these drivers (on my computer) to update? Do I just follow the link you provided and install that file? And, what do you mean 'rename' them? Sorry... I'm kinda tech savvy, but not on debugging and such.

Just an update. I ended up just uninstalling the CyberLink Essentials Suite since I'll never use it. I also disabled the NVstream program since I'll never use that, either. I performed the Disk Check with no errors. I ran the SFC /scannow and it had errors that weren't able to be repaired. I didn't have enough time to run it a few more times to see if it could fix the errors over multiple passes. I'll try that tonight. I'll also try the MEMTEST as well... Wish me luck!!

Ya'll are a true God send!! I have not had a BSOD since the night of 12/16/2014. I never had to run the MEMTEST 86+, but did have errors on the SFC/ scannow even after running it about 4-5 times. My drive check was clean on the first run, though. I believe deleting the Cyberlink Essentials Suite and disabling the NVSTREAM.exe has fixed my issue... Thank you SOOOO very much!

Thanks, softwaremaniac! Just a quick update on the remaining errors found during the SFC /scannow process. It was due to the prncacla.inf file having an issue, so I found a program SFCFix.exe that was created to fix this corrupt file. I ran that program and received a message the the file was fixed. I then ran SFC /scannow again and received the '100%' clear message. YIPEE! We can mark this as SOLVED! Happy Holidays, indeed! =)

Well guys, after almost 7 days without a BSOD, I just recieved one due to the ntkrnlmp.exe file. I'm attaching my dump zip file for your review. I'm not sure what to do now... I may end up shipping this PC back and getting another.... UGH!

Ok. Doesn't Driver Verifier push the computer into a BSOD quickly? I've read where it can cause an endless loop of BSOD's. Just want to make sure I don't render this PC useless by enabling it... Thanks so much for the reply!

**Quick edit. Do I enable it on all installed drivers?

Driver Verifier is quite a detailed topic as there are many features and methods used by it. The results vary from drivers being monitored, features enabled and the functions which drivers are performing. The BSOD loop occurs when you set the flag for DV to hook onto a driver which is loaded on boot, if this driver misbehaves DV brings down the system; now because this driver is loaded on boot the system is enclosed in a loop.

I recommend not enabling Low Resource Simulation and Force Pending I/Os, the reason for this is quite complicated, although to put it briefly: they create an unrealistic environment for the drivers which causes them to operate irrationally, creating a false positive report on the drivers if they misbehave.

You never seemed to have run memtest, I highly recommend you do so as it seems like bad RAM to me.
I see a misaligned instruction pointer, usually caused by failing memory; the details of which I will not go into as it's quite long. I suggest you memtest86 for no less than 8 passes.

Ok. Do I need to re-do the Verifier since I had already started it prior to finding the instructions? If yes, do I need to delete the settings, restart, and follow the sevenforums instructions? I was in in the process of that, but I stopped.

Regarding MEMTEST 86: I have it loaded onto a USB stick. It's drive I: and when I open that drive, there are four files listed. Then, I went through Settings > Changed PC Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup. I told it to boot from a USB device, but I have no idea which one to choose. I have six UEFI devices listed:
UEFI OS
UEFI: Samsung HD103UI (assuming this is my HD)
P0: ST1000DM003-1ER162 - listed twice
P1: HL-DT-ST DVD+/- RW (assuming this is my DVD drive) - listed twice

I did have an IOMEGA external HD attached via USB that I've unplugged, along with a Logitech dongle for my wireless keyboard/mouse. Should I choose UEFI OS?

No, you can disable it for the time being (at least while you are memtesting) Try adjusting the devices until Memtest starts booting up.
