Hi, I have built a desktop PC back in the early 2014, and the last 3 or more months I have windows 8.1 x64 installed. However, I keep getting random BSOD with error BAD_POOL_HEADER. If someone could help, i would really appreciate it.
Attached is the SF debug zip.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Sgmaster & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

Unfortunately, the ZIP File uploaded by you does not contain any dump files. Make sure that you are not running any automatic cleaning utilities like CCLeaner, Tune Up Utilities etc since tools like these delete the Dump files.
Also, I see that you have only ~16GB free space in your C: partition. Kindly make sure that there is at least 30GB free space in that directory so that Windows could save the Minidumps and Complete Dumps.

Also, make sure that your Windows is configured to create dump files using the below guide -
Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD - Windows 7 Help Forums

The guide is for Windows 7, but the process should be similar for Windows 8.1 as well.
Once you are able to generate the Dump files, kindly re-run the SF Diagnostic Tool and upload a freshly generated ZIP File so that it could be analysed.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

EDIT: Sorry, I didn't see blueelvis' post before I posted. Please follow his advice.

[DEL]If using a disk cleaner (such as CCleaner), please don't use it while we're troubleshooting. It'll delete some of the log files that we need to diagnose this problem.

As there was no memory dumps in the upload, I have these 4 suggestions:
1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
2. Get ALL available, Win8.1 compatible updates from the manufacturer's website.
3. Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
4. If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

You have a 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card:
I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices. Especially in Win8/8.1 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 and later systems - using older drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have the latest Win8/8.1 drivers - DO NOT use older drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

The WER section of MSINFO32 shows 1 BSOD on 2 Dec 2014.
Please do this:
Upload Dump Files:
NOTE: If using a disk cleaning utility, please stop using it while we are troubleshooting your issues.
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service. Then post the link to it in your topic so that we can download it.

Also, search your entire hard drive for files ending in .dmp, .mdmp, and .hdmp. Zip up any that you find and upload them with your next post.

Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): Set MiniDumpMore info on dump file options here: Overview of memory dump file options for Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2
