BSOD when PC resumes from sleep mode

Hi everyone! Thank you in advance for the assistance. I'm having a very annoying problem with my new build. About 50% of the time when waking my PC from sleep mode, I get the dreaded BSOD. Aside from this hiccup, everything else runs great.

After some research, I thought it might be SSD or RAM related--so I requested replacements for both of those parts with no luck. I've also replaced the motherboard and the problem still persists. As I mentioned, this is a brand new build, with all new components and a fresh installation of Windows--so it is very unlikely that it's due to hardware failure or malaware/viruses. I've also tried installing Windows 7 to troubleshoot, and the problem still occurs in that OS. Oh--and I've updated the bios and motherboard as well. All other drivers appear to be up to date, too...

Oddly, the BSOD doesn't usually generate a minidmp file, so I only have one to post here:

    Dump File : 112914-8609-01.dmp

    Here's my system specs:

    Motherboard: ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0

SSD: SanDisk Extreme PRO 240GB (also tried with the Samsung EVO Pro SSD and problem persisted)

Graphics: EVGA EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked

    Processor: AMD FD8350FRHKBOX FX-8350 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition

    16GB RAM.

Network Adapter: TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 Dual Band Wireless N900

*Also -- when Windows 7 was loaded (I'm now running a fresh install of 8.1), I got the following error *one* of the times: "The instruction at at 0x0000000076D336EA referenced memory at 0x00000000076D336EA. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc000000e."

I've yet to see this again.

Thank you, everyone! I look forward to your responses!

Please follow the BSOD posting instructions. For now, run Check disk and System file checker.

Please check if your PC is configured correctly: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD - Windows 7 Help Forums also if you're using CCleaner stop, as it deletes minidumps.

I have Windows configured to create dmp files. However, the PC restarts before Windows is able to collect the information/form a dmp file.

Could you please post a camera shot of the Blue Screen when you encounter a Blue Screen? Also, if you are not able to take the screenshot because the blue screen is going away very fast, try reading the driver which might come up in the brackets after the BugCheck Code.
Also check that you have at least 20 % of disk space free. Zip up your event viewer and post it here: Check whether a Complete Dump is being generated or not at the location "C:\Windows\Memory.DMP
If you are using CCleaner or Tune Up Utilities Monitoring software for cleaning automatically, please stop. Report back after doing all of the above.
