Solved ntoskrnl.exe random bsods

Hi!

For some time now I had this problem where PC bsods in random times, doing something or being idle..
Error codes are:
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

When looking with Nirsofts Bluescreenviewer they are all coming from ntoskrnl.exe

I did two passes with memtest86+ and no errors was found.
I had some problems with my secondary HDD having some bad sectors, but I fixed those (I think) when I was clean installing new system few months ago. Could HDD be causing this problem? Widows and more important programs are installed on a new SSD, HDD used almost only for storage, games and stuff not used all the time..

Please help me solve this problem!

Thanks!

Keyboard I use is Logitech S520 (keyboard/ mouse combo, only keyboard used). It doesn't have lcd panel so it weird it uses that kind of driver.. I downloaded Logitech Setpoint and now I don't see LGVirHid.sys or LGBusEnum.sys used in keyboard driver details. I guess that's fixed then.

Wireless USB adapter is D-Link AirPlus G DWL-G122 Wireless USB Adapter(rev.C). It was on the latest driver I could find. I replaced it with one version lower, to see if it helps.

AMD overdrive I never installed nor I want to use, so I don't know how and why it shows up. Downloaded newest AMD overdrive..

MSAHCI SATA driver replaced with latest AMD SATA driver (1.3.1.68) I could find.

Now, as for Samsung RAPID Mode Disk Filter driver, I just used Samsung Magician and enabled RAPID mode. Looking at it now it says its latest version. Don't know where to find only RAPID Mode Disk Filter driver to update...

All I can do now is wait and pray..

Hvala! :)

Completely removedLGVirHid.sys and LGBsuEnum.sys from system.
Netr7364.sys also removed, D-Link wireless adapter disabled. I'm using Edimax PCIE wireless card now, that was disabled because it would make online gaming lag, but it will do for testing purposes I guess...
AODriver2.sys is my biggest concern now. It installs automatically with AMD CCC. I found somewhere on this forum a post about it and how it would crash or bsod while watching youtube. I usually get bsods when watching youtube or twitch, so that could mean something... Or I just watch it too much and its coincidence.. :)
Also, they found something here Helping AMD fix their drivers, again. - Overclockers UK Forums. I did find the same thing (pic1) and fixed it, but it could be its not really a bug/typo but valid expression as I found the same thing randomly in regedit (pic2).

I'll do a memtest again over the night...

Thank you for your help, I'll get here again if something happens again, or if it doesn't for a while (lets hope)!

EDIT:
I did leave AMD Overdrive/ Graphics Overdrive enabled for now, to see if the ? fix helped..

OK. Have you tried just updating the drivers to the latest version? I believe that a new version came out a day ago.

Last night I had another bsod, can you please check is it the same AODriver2.sys?

Also, I had some errors when I looked at memtest after 16hrs of work. The weird thing is that its on addresses between 16G and 17G, and I have a 16G ram.

On the first picture you can see it happened on test #5, but on second picture (after I started doing only 16G-17G) it shows errors on tests #3 and #4.

Now I'm planning on doing a single ram stick at a time for a few passes, to determine witch one is a bad one...

I can confirm that memory appears to be the issue. Please identify the damaged RAM and replace it. If then BSODs, are still present, contact me for further troubleshooting.

This is most confusing..
I just did a single 4G stick at a time, 2 passes, testing all in the same slot #1. No errors detected.
Then I figured it must be a ram slot that's bad so I swapped one of the sticks in all the other slots for one pass. Still no errors.
Then I returned all the ram the same way it was in before, started memtest #5 on the addresses 16G to 17G and guess what, errors appeared! I'm still kinda confused about this errors on 17G when I have 16GB of ram, could that be a false positive then?
In next couple of days I', going to test single stick at a time, single GB at a time, with test #5 for a few passes and on all of the mobo slots. If that doesn't show anything I don't know how else to test. It's going to take some time tho..

Sorry for butting in here, but I think a bit of an explanation is needed here.

A memory test (such as MemTest) is a software test of a hardware component. It is not designed for, nor is it able to test every single possible combination of circumstances that will generate an error on an individual system. Despite this, it still does a darned good job at ferreting out most errors.

Also, making sure that you run the tests long enough is a requirement. I suggest a minimum of 3 passes, but others will suggest 5, 7 or even more. I've run MemTest86+ over the weekend (60+ passes) and only detected one error on that machine - so it may be necessary to run the tests longer in order to see if there are random errors popping up.

I've found that also running Prime95 (using it's Blend test) will stress the RAM in different ways - and, at times, it will generate errors when none are seen in MemTest.

Addresses are different from your RAM capacity. One can assign many more addresses than there is physical RAM - this is the reason that we have virtual memory. Then the contents of the different addresses are swapped out (hence the name - swapfile) as needed into the physical memory (RAM).

Finally, what are the makes/model numbers of the different sticks? Are they compatible with each other?
Have you tested the Memory Controller (on the CPU for the AMD Phenom2 x6 1090T) or the CPU itself? Prime 95's tests (Small FFT and Large FFT) can help to test those - and there are different CPU stress tests that will help test the CPU.

Thank you for your explanation of RAM capacity and addresses!
Since the last time I wrote I have decided to test RAM sticks by pulling one out and just using PC, waiting for something to happen. I know it's not really a good way to test but I haven't got much time for more systematic testing.. Since then nothing crashed so I plan to test just that RAM stick and slot more in depth (along testing others, as time allows). Will also use Prime95 as you recommended.

EDIT:
And yes, it was a 4x4GB Corsair Vengeance kit, so everything should work together just fine. (CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9)
