Hi, I've install window 8 consumer preview for about a month now and during that time I've almost have my pc freeze up on me. It seem like my whole PC freeze up but for my mouse, it work normally but clicking doesn't do anything and I have to hold the power button to restart it. If there anyone that could look at my event errors and see what is causing that I would appreciated it. Thanks in advance.

For some reason the location of where the folder is was in the wrong place, this should be the one with the logs.

Disable the overclocking and set Optimized Defaults in the bios.

Did you set Optimized Defaults? (I only read it very quickly before, but seems it is underclocked instead...and who knows what other bios settings may be wrong.)

Once I set Optimized Defaults in the Bios, window 8 wouldn't load at all, in safe mode or repair. I just finish reinstall window 8.

All you had to do was change to AHCI mode or vice-versa...but good on setting Optimized Defaults. See how it goes now and good luck.

Ahh, well after this clean installation of window 8 with all the appropriate update, let hope it fix it. On the cpu under performing how should I fix that?

You already did by setting Optimized Defaults. If I were you, I would hold off on installing software to it until you are satisfied there are no more freezes. Once you are sure it's good, install your stuff and watch out for culprits. You can make System Restore points at intervals where you know things are well, in case you have to revert to one of them.

All in all though, I think you've already solved your problem.

I would uninstall cfosspeed and adminservice.

Also, set your time and date to the correct ones if not already.
