Windows 8 blue screening

I have a machine that keeps blue screening when running very little to no applications what so ever. The achine is a lenovo e530 running windows 8.
Mini dump files are attached.
I have done the following on the machine:
Fully updated windows
Completely re-installed windows
Updated all drivers using the Lenovo system update
Updated the BIOS
Ran the Lenovo full diagnostics within the windows environment and from boot everything passes.
Run a mini tools surface scan on the hard drive (100% pass)
Run memtest for several hours with no errors found.
Any ideas on what may be causing this?
One thing to note is that this machine runs a piece of software called streamline. This locks down the machine as the user is brethren.

I didn't understand this sentence:
One thing to note is that this machine runs a piece of software called streamline. This locks down the machine as the user is brethren.
Do you mean that this system is also used by your brother, or that it's locked down so that your brother cannot use it? Also, please include a link to the website of the Streamline software.

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):
