Sorry for the delay in responding. Do you still need help with this topic?
If so, respond and I'll be notified by email.

While waiting for a reply, please try these suggestions:
1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
2. Get ALL available, Windows 8.1 compatible updates from the manufacturer's website.
3. Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
4. If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

You have 5 hard drives. What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?

The drivers for this device aren't installed:
SM Bus Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8CA2&SUBSYS_79301462&REV_00\3&11583659&0&FB The drivers for this device are not installed.
These most likely belong to the chipset software on your system. Please visit the manufacturer's website to download and install the latest, Win8.1 compatible version.

Please uninstall SuperAntiSpyware as it's drivers date from 2011

The WER section of MSINFO32 shows a BSOD that involves video drivers about 2½ hours before the one in the memory dump that you uploaded. Do you recall this? Are you using a disk cleaner (such as CCleaner)? If so, please don't use it while we're troubleshooting.

While this memory dump doesn't show video traces, the fact that there's 2 different memory dumps will make this more difficult to diagnose. The memory dump doesn't point at anything directly, but does show traces of Avast in the raw stack text. This sort of memory dump (a STOP 0xA error) is one of those that I like to have Driver Verifier run, as it's more likely to be a software issue (which Driver Verifier may be able to point out).

Please start by uninstalling Avast and ensuring that Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall are enabled. Feel free to reinstall Avast once the system has been stabilized.

Please update your Bluetooth drivers - as yours date from Win8, and some systems have problems with Win8 bluetooth drivers on Win8.1

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

The drivers that are [DEL]struckout[/DEL] don't have updates available (AFAIK).
DO NOT delete them, just leave them be.

Then, should the BSOD's continue, run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

1. the psu is coolermaster gx 650w and 2 year old

2. I updated the chipset driver yesterday. the one from msi was responsible for the driver not being installed

3.My bad, CCleaner must have deleted some dumps. There was a system freeze when upgrading amd catalyst driver

4. will try to update super-antivirus, and remove avast as soon i get home.
