I decided to use driver verifier after having trouble with regular BSOD concerning: MemoryManagement, DriverIRQLNotEqual and others. Now I keep having BSOD (Driver_Verifier_detected_violation) as I boot my laptop up. I don't even have time to login.
Once in Safe Mode, run verifier.exe and select "Delete existing settings" and click on "Finish". Then reboot into normal mode and it should work w/o problems.
Pretty sure that it has one, but haven't checked inside the case!

Thanks for the quick reply, Sir!
The thing I'm experiencing is as it says in the article that you're too slow to click F8 or Shift+F8.
Is it me or am I doing it wrong?
EDIT: I can't do anything at all.
EDIT1: It might have something to do with BIOS or something?
The F8 thing only works with systems that have a BIOS (not a UEFI). If the system came with Win8 or 8.1 - then it has a UEFI and you can't use the F8 method.
Do you have a recovery drive? If so, can you boot from it (I think Acer uses F12 to access the boot menu).
Alternately, try to boot the computer and shut it down before it hits the BSOD (by holding the power button down)
Try this at least 3 times - it's supposed to get you to the Startup Repair menu (so you can use the steps in the second option)

Okay, I tried all of above but none worked and I also don't have a recovery drive, I'm afraid...
This leaves me at zero options again I guess.
Do you have any other ideas?
I do have the faster system where you can't use F8.
EDIT: I can however get into the setup utility or something but don't know the possibilities of this.
Do you know anyone who has a Win8/8.1 system that you can make a recovery drive on?
Maybe try it on one of the computers at a local computer shop?
You'll need a small flash drive (1gB or less in most cases) - don't copy the recovery partition
What setup utility are you referring to? How do you get into it?
