BSOD, System Exception Not Handled, Kmode errors

Hello!

Laptop: Toshiba Satellite S955-S5373, Windows 8.1

Earlier today, my computer (which has been failing on Windows Update recently), started blue screening with the error "System Exception Not Handled." The computer would then continuously restart and go straight to that BSOD. After googling the issue, I (after many failed attempts) managed to enter safe mode and uninstalled/updated the GPU. The computer worked for the next few hours, and is now randomly blue screening again with similar errors, except it's not a loop like previously.

Only recent change/download/installation is I have begun using the TRENDnet AC600 Dual Band Wireless USB Adapter so that I can access our 5GHz Wi-Fi network.

I have attached the requested files. Thank you for your help!

In most of the Dump files, the driver "rtwlanu.sys" has been blamed which is the "Realtek RTLxxxxx Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter". I would suggest you to update this driver and see if your system is stable or not.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Hello blueelvis!

Thank you for getting back to me. I apologize for the delay in getting back to you, I've been quite busy. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a copy of the driver that was listed as being compatible with Windows 8.1. I also had Windows check for an update to the driver, and it said it was up to date.

It is a Realtek RTL8188CE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC Network Adapter.

I haven't experienced any BSODs since posting, but I have also removed the 5Ghz usb network adapter. Is this a coincidence, or do you think the USB adapter software was causing the instability?

Hi Lionheart ^_^,

Just checked your MSINFO32 and according to the report the Rtwlanu driver is the driver which is operating the AC600 Dual Band Wireless USB Adapter.
So, yes the USB Adapter software is causing the problem. See if you could find any update or not.
I will have the entry in the DRT corrected. Thanks for the information ^_^.
