Hi,

Sometimes the memory disk is at 100% and the PC crash.

I get the following error codes :

C:\Windows\Minidump\100614-39015-01.dmp
C:\users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-379562-0.sysdata.xml

(and others with on the minidump 101314-92562-01.dmp / 101614-70015-01.dmp / 101614-32484-01.dmp and on the sysdata WER-74546-0 / WER-132484-0 / WER-142750-0)

This is the file from SF Debug Tool :
View attachment 52602

I have formatted the PC but the problem is stille here.

Then I tried to repair the disk errors with Disc Doctor from TuneUp Utilities but the PC crashed and windows used the restore point to recover.

I tried do delete the minidump folder and the sysdata files then restart the PC but it doesn't help (I still have a copy of them in case of it will be usefull).

I checked if it wasn't a problem of temperature with SpeedFan and all was under 50°C, so, normally it's good.

I delete Mccafee, run Avast to see if it's not a virus problem but there is nothing here.

The update of windows are maide but there is some problem with the KB2836988, when I tried to install it there is always a faillure message (Code 80073712).

Now I download Windows 8.1 just in case it may be usefull.

I'm scared about doing a new scan disk because I don't want to have a restore point and having to install everything another time.

Thank's in advance for your help :)

Hi Twotd ^_^,

Unfortunately, the attachment link is not working for me :(

Could you please re-upload the ZIP File so that we can take a look at it and suggest further?

Hi Twotd ^_^,

According to the stack, the driver which was causing this is the "aswSnx.sys" which is the Avast! Virtualization Driver.

I checked your loaded modules list and I found Mcafee's Driver as well. I would suggest you to clean McAfee Antivirus using this **TOOL**.

If the issue is still not fixed then remove Avast as well using this **TOOL**.

Let me know how it goes ^_^.

Hi blueelvis,

I used the tool to delete Mcafee but then I have another blue screen (The SF Debug Tool file).

I also delete Avast but the memory disk is still at 100%, so, I'm afraid about a new BSOD.

I'm thinking about trying Avira to replace Avast.

If it can help, after the format there is only Mcafee, some VAIO programs and a few other programs but the problem was still here.

Thank you again for your help.

I would need a freshly generated SF Diagnostic ZIP File in order to analyse. Also, can you attach a screenshot of the Task Manager and sorting the tasks in Descending Order of their DISK Activity?

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Hi, this is a novel SF diagnostic zip file from today :
https://mega.co.nz/#!vhhh1LRa!2HFfAWB2vDHUhc8caDsdvezCPNNVZDIT5qe8RFWnRgU

I don't know why the disk memory is at 100% because the programs which use a lot of memory change everytime.

According to the screenshot, your Sony VAIO Care software. Kindly remove the software till the time we are troubleshooting. Now, in all of the Dump files, the second parameter which describes the error code is 0 which means the operation was completed successfully. Kindly re-run the Avast Cleanup tool as there is one driver left according to the Dump file.

Also, kindly run GMER and post back a report of it's findings.

Run the Driver Verifier according to this **GUIDE** and make sure that you let the system crash for few times before uploading a freshly generated SF Diagnostic ZIP Files.

Let me know how it goes ^_^
