I do not suggest any of the driver update programs. Even those that do work often miss things - or make things too confusing for many people.

I developed the DRT (Driver Reference Table) for just this situation. Each of the links in my previous posts points to a particular driver in the table. And, in most cases the links in the DRT will get you close to the driver that you want. If you still can't find it, then post back for further advice/suggestions.

If considering sending it back for a replacement, most service centers will reinstall the OS from the factory supplied restore disks/drives. If the BSOD's continue after that, then they'll do all the updates that are available and will check for BSOD's again. If the BSOD's persist through this, it's most often a hardware problem - and they'll either fix it or replace it.
