Hello,

I have this laptop for a year and a half. Never had BSODs before but since monday I already had 3. The first of them I was watching a video. The two others I was just browsing.

I appreciate any help.

Thanks,

Rafael

Hi Rafaxy & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

I am extremely sorry for the late response but we have been very busy and at times we do get overwhelmed.

The most common reason to see this bugcheck is that a driver is misbehaving and not properly incrementing/decrementing the number of calls to APC's.
Below is a list of 3rd party drivers present on the system -

According to your Event Log, there are many services which are getting Hung including the Express Cache. Please update the drivers highlighted in RED first. The second driver highlighted in RED is the Huawei Mobile Device so see if the crashes stop if you remove the Device from the system.

Also, I am not able to identify your model correctly on the Samsung website hence you would need to find it yourself for your model and then download the latest drivers (ALL of them).

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Hi blueelvis, thanks for your response!

Since I posted, I had no bsod anymore. Anyway, I just uninstalled the HUAWEI driver and tried to update iaStorA.sys via Windows but it said it's already up to date.

The model of my laptop is NP700Z5C-S03 but the latest driver versions on Samsung website are from middle 2012 so I believe all of them are up to date because I bought it in 2013.

What do you mean by saying that many services are getting hung including express cache? I do notice that my system is very slow sometimes, is it related? How can I solve this?

Thanks,

Rafael

Hi Rafael ^_^,

Glad to hear that you did not have any BSODs. Try updating your Express Cache using the Samsung Support Website.

Let me know in case of any further problems ^_^
