Please remove the ASUS Bloatware present on your system. If you are not able to find any then please do a manual search for the drivers highlighted in BOLD and then rename them.

Also, please detach any Razer Devices till we are troubleshooting.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

You shouldn't remove .sys files unless there's no other way to uninstall them.
So, first off, try to find out what program each of the .sys files belong to (that's what the links are for).
Then uninstall that program (and that should safely remove the .sys file also).

Any that you can't find a program for, post back here to see if we can find the program.
If not we can suggest ways to safely remove the .sys files.

Should you just delete a .sys file, there is a chance that the system won't boot.
There are ways to do this safely. If it comes to that, then we'll provide the instructions at that time.
