systeminfo.txt report is missing. Please rerun the reports and let them run for at least 15 minutes (or until the app itself says that it's done).
Ensure that you have ALL available Windows Updates. It may take repeated trips to get them all.
Many Live Kernel Events in the WER section of MSINFO32
Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog))
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).
FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here:
Windows Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008 R2

HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting
It's most likely that this is a hardware/comptibility/low-level driver error (from the errors listed in the WER section of MSINFO32). If using a tool such as CCleaner, please stop while we're troubleshooting your issues (there were only 2 memory dumps in the upload).
I first suspect your Panda security. It is very outdated and it's drivers date from 2009/10/11.
Please uninstall it and see if that stops the BSOD's (enable Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall while testing). If this isn't the cause, then download and install a fresh copy of the latest, Win8.1 compatible version of Panda if you'd like.
Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.
The drivers that are [DEL]struckout[/DEL] don't have updates available (AFAIK).
DO NOT delete them, just leave them be.
If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run these free hardware diagnostics:
Hardware Diagnostics. Let us know the results and we can move on from there.
