This device has problems in Device Manager.
Ralink Bluetooth PCIe Adapter PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_3298&SUBSYS_18EC103C&REV_00\4&2E3C5434&0&0120 39
Please:
- download a fresh copy of the latest, Win8.1 compatible driver from the manufacturer's website
- uninstall the current device's software, then see if you can also uninstall the device in Device Manager (by right clicking on it) This includes the BlueSoleil software
- then install the freshly downloaded software/drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Both bugchecks are AMD custom BSOD's - which generally point to video drivers, but may also point to issues with AMD chipsets. So, the first step is to update your AMD chipset drivers and your AMD/ATI video drivers to the latest, Win8.1 compatible version available from the manufacturer's website.

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.
NOTE: these symptoms were from the previous release of OverDrive. The new release uses the same driver name, but is dated from 4 November 2013.
Please un-install all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure - Sysnative Forums

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Un-install". Reboot for changes to take affect.
Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

Beyond this, I have these 3 suggestions:
1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
2. Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
3. If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

This is the problem with using 2 different posts. Please keep ALL information in one post and things will be much easier.

Since you have already updated your BlueTooth driver, then there's likely to be a problem with the device itself (a hardware problem). Is the system still under warranty? If so, return it in order to have the BlueTooth repaired.

If you don't return it to be repaired, there are a couple of things that you can do:
- remove the bluetooth card from the computer (this may be difficult with a laptop)
- disable the bluetooth in the UEFI/BIOS (there may not be an option for this in the BIOS)
- disable the bluetooth in the Device Manager (no promises that this will fix things - but it probably won't cause any other problems).

Please uninstall the CyberLink software from your system. That will remove the CLVirtualDrive.sys driver.

BUT, this is most likely a problem with the video - so follow the other steps that I have suggested.

Both bugchecks are AMD custom BSOD's - which generally point to video drivers, but may also point to issues with AMD chipsets. So, the first step is to update your AMD chipset drivers and your AMD/ATI video drivers to the latest, Windows 8.1 compatible version available from the manufacturer's website.

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). Warranty ended yesterday =(.i will try this :
- disable the bluetooth in the UEFI/BIOS (there may not be an option for this in the BIOS)
- disable the bluetooth in the Device Manager (no promises that this will fix things - but it probably won't cause any other problems).

Contact HP and see if the warranty is actually over in their records. I often see HP warranties that run an extra month or two when we contact HP.

Disable Bluetooth in Device Manager (don't uninstall) - see if that helps.

Please have patience, troubleshooting BSOD's can take a while.
Have you phoned HP about the warranty?

A Bluetooth adapter with a hardware problem can cause problems with the system even if it's disabled.
The solution here would be to physically remove it from the laptop in order to see if that stops the BSOD's.
That's why contacting HP is important - to see if you can get it done for free.
If you can't, then I'd suggest posting over in the Hardware forums for assistance in removing it.

I cannot recall - have you run the video stress tests from here: Hardware Diagnostics
If so, what were the results? If not, please run them now.
