I'm late for work, this'll be quick (more later on)

Most likely either MalwareBytes or Comodo.
Uninstall MalwareBytes temporarily to see if that stops it.
If not, then also uninstall Comodo to see if that stops it.
Make sure to enable Windows Defender and the Windows firewall (if no other antivirus is installed)
Make sure to only run one antivirus/firewall at a time.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Your BIOS dates from 2010. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard. If possible, use the "inside Windows" flash mechanism (if your OEM provides one).

You have 5 hard drives. What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?

I still suspect the MalwareBytes/Comodo as the most likely cause, but would also suggest that you update your AMD video drivers and your wired network driver as they both date from well before Win8.1 came out.

Good luck!

These are from the latest driver from Logitech for my g15 gamming keyboard, confirmed this by completely removing the drivers and reinstalling them, there is not any more recent versions available from Logitech.

Your BIOS dates from 2010. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system.

There is no other release BIOS upgrades for the board as it is no longer being made only a beta version

You have 5 hard drives. What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?

SeaSonic 600 watt M12 bought 2009

Upgraded all the drivers with the latest I could find including the ATI latest for my vid card. Stress test my system until I could run it under high load with BSOD'ing for 6 hours straight (after removing MBAM).

Have updated the info and dmp files will have to wait and run the system through gamming and daily use to make sure all ok. Here is the link to my latest info.

Will post again if another crash occurs. Hopefully if no crash in the next week then this is solved....:dinesh:

These Logitech drivers usually aren't a problem - but I have seen later versions on some devices, so that's why I asked you to update them (I don't know exactly which devices have and don't have the updates)

There may be compatibility issues with a BIOS from 2010. If so, then you'll continue to have problems even with all we do to help. If this is the case, it'll be your choice to give up and revert to Win7 (or earlier).

PSU's degrade over time. You may want to disconnect a most of the hard drives and any other non-essential power-drawing equipment - and then see if that decreases the frequency of the BSOD's

Since you're waiting for another crash, I'll just post the results of the dump files and won't do an analysis of them:
