Please follow the below steps, one step at a time :-

  1. It appears that the Registry Corruption is causing the BSOD. Do you get the BSOD when the PC boots in safe mode? Please follow this **GUIDE** to run System File Checker. This should fix up the problems. Please note that it might take a while to complete. If the crash occurs before it is finished, see if you can run it from the safe mode or through an installation media.
  2. If the problem is still not solved then please run ChkDsk according to this **GUIDE**.
  3. If still not fixed then please run the Hard Drive Diagnostics according to this **LINK**.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Thank you very much for your help blueelvis, here are the results:

- I run System File Checker and got this message:

“Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.log windir\logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not supported in offline servicing scenarios”

- I found no problems in drives.

- Although It was a fresh install, I found a couple of restore points that were created automatically and I was able to restore Windows.

- I run System File Checker again and obtained the following:

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

I haven’t got any BSOD since restoring Windows.

Thanks again for you help!
