Hi VpsB & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

Unfortunately, the ZIP File does not contain any Dump files to analyze. Would you please re run the Diagnostic Tool and let it run for atleast 15 minutes or till the time it says that it has finished it's work?

Upload the freshly generated Dump files and we would be glad to analyze it ^_^.

Hi Vpsb ^_^,

I apologize for the delayed response. Unfortunately, there are no dump files in the ZIP File. Please goto this path -
Code:
"C:\Windows\MiniDumps"
and copy paste all the Dump files to a folder and then zip up the folder and then upload it. You won't be able to directly zip up the Dump files.

Also, if you are using Programs like CCleaner or any cleaning utility, then the Dump files would be deleted by them. So, if you are using such tools please uninstall them.

If there are no dump files then please make sure that Generation Of Dump files has been enabled using this **GUIDE**.

Let me know how it goes ^_^.
