multiple BSOD - mostly "IRQL driver not less or equal"

Hey everyone,

I am new to this forum, so please excuse me any layman propensities I might exhibit here.

So, I am lucky (at least that was my initial thought) owner of a brand new Asus Zenbook UX32LA, 256 SSD GB, 8GB Ram netbook with win8/64bit OS. After cofiguring the computer I ve been experiencing multiple BSODs pointing most probably to memory problems. It's really annoying, as the netbook is new and I tend to get at least to BSODs per day for the last 10 days just during net-browsing. I looked up the graphic drivers if they are up-to-date, but the problem still persists.

I would appreciate any help on this.

Attached is the rar file.

Have a great day!

The reports are incomplete. Please rerun the data collection app and let it run for at least 15 minutes (or until the app itself says that it's done). Then zip it up and upload it. In particular, I'm looking for the MSINFO32.nfo and systeminfo.txt reports.

Out of 16 memory dumps there were 8 different BSOD error codes. The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

You can get a head start on the hardware diagnostics if you'd like - they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized. i5 and i7 processors can be "auto-overclocked" by using Intel's TurboBoost feature. If so, it's safe to disregard this caution.
Processor may be overclocked!
Expected Frequency: 1600
Actual Frequency: 2295
Overclock Ratio: 1.43438

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

Pay particular attention to updating your Bluetooth drivers as they do have problems when using Win8 versions w/Win8.1
Just go to the Asus website and update everything on the Win8.1 page for your system.

Beyond this, I have these 3 suggestions:
1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
2. Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
3. If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
