Windows crashing multiple times. Stable after restarts

I've an odd issue. Every time I boot up my computer for the first time in the evening after work, it will freeze and crash several times but then remain fine for the rest of the night after multiple restarts. The cycle then repeats itself the next day.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Your BIOS dates from 2010. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard. If possible, use the "inside Windows" flash mechanism (if your OEM provides one).

No memory dumps in the uploaded reports
MSINFO32.nfo report is corrupted.
Please do the following 2 things:

Upload Dump Files:
NOTE: If using a disk cleaning utility, please stop using it while we are troubleshooting your issues.
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service. Then post the link to it in your topic so that we can download it.

Also, search your entire hard drive for files ending in .dmp, .mdmp, and .hdmp. Zip up any that you find and upload them with your next post.

Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): Set MiniDumpMore info on dump file options here: Overview of memory dump file options for Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2

MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

Thanks for the response.

And like clockwork, my computer crashed again this evening. Unfortunately, my manufacturer is no longer releasing new BIOS files for the motherboard, so I'm out of luck there.

As instructed, here is a copy of my Memory.dmp https://www.mediafire.com/?wzaqa6a7ffehvuj

I have also attached the MSINFO32 files in both formats.

Thank you very much

Have you reset the system to produce Minidumps?

I can't open the MSINFO32.nfo file (sometimes this doesn't translate well to English from some other languages), but I can open the .txt, so that will have to do for now.

One of your drives only has about 5% free space. Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

You have 3 hard drives. What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?

You have a VPN Client Adapter that is disabled in Device Manager.
Please either uninstall it or update it (by enabling it, then updating it)

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disk-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

The memory dump is corrupt also.
Can you run it on your system, then copy/paste the results into your next post?
I'll need you to run the !analyze -v command and the lmtsmn command (in the little box at the bottom of the debugger window) also.

As always, appreciate that you are looking into this.

1) I've cleared up the space as instructed, with every HDD having more than 15% free space now
2) I'm using a 650W Corsair PSU, which is 4 years of age
3) The VPN client adapter has been uninstalled
4) Daemon Tools have been uninstalled, with the sptd.sys driver removed

Sorry, I don't quite get that last part of your instructions. Did you want me to create a minidump as per the steps outlined here? Would I then copy paste the contents in here? Not sure exactly what you meant by the debugger either. Apologies, and thank you for the help once more.

Sorry, sometimes I get confused when working multiple topics at once.
In another topic the user had demonstrated their use of the debugger.
As I thought this was you, I asked you to perform some additional debugging commands.

There's several options here for reading the memory dump.
- you can upload it again (a couple of times) to see if any of those aren't corrupt
- ensure that the system is set to produce minidumps ( Set MiniDump ) and see if the next memory dump generates a minidump (which you can zip up and upload with your next post)
- you can run the debugger as described here: WinDbg Analysis Report
Run steps D through H, and then the lmtsmn command also
This is essentially the same as the link that you posted, so use that if you're more comfortable
Then copy/paste the results into your next post
- you can generate a minidump from the MEMORY.dmp file and then zip it up and upload it here.
For this, you run the command .dump /m C:\Users\<your Profile name here>\Desktop\minidump.dmp
Then zip it up and upload it with your next post

As for the PSU - I'd think that 650 watt was OK for most systems - as long as you don't have many other things attached to the computer. This includes anything that's plugged into the motherboard, or into the plugs on the back or front of the system.

If the BSOD's have stopped, then none of this is necessary - unless they start up again.
