I bought a brand new PC and mostly during gaming but not always, sometimes with just even something such as Skype open my PC crashes with WHEA Uncorrectable Error and then restarts.
I hope I did this correctly, here is my log file.
Oh, just editing in, nothing is overclocked as well.

You have a Realtek RTL8192CU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter:
I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices. Especially in Win8/8.1 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 and later - using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win8/8.1 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.
Do you have a way to connect to the internet without the USB device? This may be necessary to test and see if the USB device is to blame (by temporarily removing it).

Please uninstall Gigabyte EasyTune6 (and EasySaver if it's also installed). These are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems.

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.
NOTE: these symptoms were from the previous release of OverDrive. The new release uses the same driver name, but is dated from 4 November 2013.
Please un-install all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure - Sysnative Forums

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Un-install". Reboot for changes to take affect.
Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

This appears to be a hardware problem, but it's mixed in with wifi errors - so I'd have to suspect your USB wifi device as the first problem. The test here is to connect with a wire to the internet, then uninstall the software for the USB wifi device, and then physically remove the USB wifi device from your system. If this stops the BSOD's, then you'll know it's the problem.

Beyond that, if this is a hardware problem, the manufacturer should provide diagnostics and repairs under the warranty.
If it's new enough, you may be able to exchange it for another system.

Let us know how you'll proceed and we'll work on things from there (if necessary).
Good luck!

Why do we ask this for laptops?

    Other Info
    I'm handsome and a snappy dresser :0)
After getting rid of that AoDDriver2 and Easy Tune, its worked fine all day which I never had happen before! I got scared reading that I might need to send it in for a while and the wireless adapter (I cant reach an ethernet cord here...) But its seems to be working great! Im going to leave this up for a bit, then mark it as solved in a day or two to make sure its completely fixed. Ill bump it again if it crashes with another log!

I haven't looked at your dump printouts, but I was experiencing WHEA errors and BSOD with BCC 124. My problem turned out to be a bad CPU (i7 3770). Sad part, it passed all CPU diagnostics including the Intel "Processor Diagnostic Tool" (a free download from Intel). I had spares on hand so I replaced the memory (no help), the power supply (no help) and the motherboard (no help). I have a dual boot system Win 7/8 with separate SSD's for the OS. I tried each one (with the other disconnected) no help. That only left the CPU. I got a new i7 3770 and its been over a week and no problems.

Your problem may be totally different, but something to consider.

As this is a new PC, I assume its still in warranty and the PC Vendor should be contacted as only the vendor can get it repaired under warranty.

Sonar Platinum 64 bit recording studio software with MOTU 896Mk3 Hybrid recording interface unit.
The diagnostics that we run are software tests. As such, they're not 100% accurate - but they do serve as a good base for trying to figure out what's wrong. If we didn't suggest the tests, the other way to diagnose it would be to purchase new parts and try them individually (which would get very expensive, very fast!).

The tests and the reports give us clues as to which sub-system is at fault.
Then, if we rule out the 3rd party drivers, the next most likely cause is hardware.
Equipped with these clues we can make an informed guess as to what piece of hardware that the problem lies with.

In this case, you've ruled out the AMD Overdrive (it doesn't show in the last 2 memory dumps)
What's left is most likely a hardware error (compatibility issues are still a possibility).

To be sure of the compatibility issues, please:
- remove the Logitech software (it dates from before the release of Win8.1)
- uninstall the AppleCharger software (Gigabyte On/Off Charger) - it dates from before the release of Win8.1
- update BOTH your wired and wireless network drivers and your chipset drivers to the latest, Win8.1 version available from the Gigabyte Support website (if unable to update them to Win8.1 drivers, please let us know)

If the BSOD's continue after this, it's almost certain that this is a hardware problem.
So, you can start running the hardware diagnostics in order to help cut down the time that it's going to take to diagnose this.

Should you need to send the computer in for warranty repair, normally it's sent it in without the wireless USB adapter (unless it came with the system). If that's the case, and it is a problem with the wireless USB, you'll be without the computer for an extended period, and then you'll still have the same problem when you get it back. The service center will (most likely) either say that they couldn't find any fault, or they'll wipe and reinstall Windows to see if that fixes the problem.

If you are unable to do without the wireless, then I'd suggest purchasing a wireless PCI/PCIe card that plugs into your motherboard from a place that will let you return it for your money back (if it's not needed). Do this as the last step before you send it out - as it's the only step that you'll have to spend money on.

Another option here is to wipe and reinstall Windows. Although a problem with Windows is much less likely than a hardware problem, it's less expensive to reinstall Windows using the RESET function (other options prior to this are using DISM/SFC commands and/or using the REFRESH function).
