chronic BSOD after a power outtage (IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)

Hello there,

i m coming on this forum after a bit of search through google. It's been a while now (a month or so) that i often have BSOD. I'll try to give some relevent informations : it mainly happens while i m playing some game, i don't think it ever happened while i m browsing the web or watching a video. The problem seems to have started after my PC was shut down not the propper way (power outage), i also removed some program without using the the software removal tool (I deleted folder the good old hard way, shift+del) wich may have broken the registry.
The given error in the BSOD is IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Note : i have an OLD version of windows 8, the release candidate.

Attached should be the zip file with the tool from the SF Debug tool.

I'd appreciate all help or pointers on how to resolve this problem, i know my way around computer but in the code, not the hardware !

The Release Preview of Windows 8 expired on Jan 15, 2013 ( All Three Windows 8 Preview Builds Expiring Soon )

If it's not the expiration that's causing these BSOD's, then it's most likely a hardware error.
We can't figure which until you get an unexpired, legitimate copy of Windows installed.

Remove AMD Overdrive, Daemon Tools (and the sptd.sys driver for Daemon Tools if so equipped).
You may want to try these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

Your BIOS dates from 2009. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard. If possible, use the "inside Windows" flash mechanism (if your OEM provides one).

Thank you very much for your answer and the time you put in looking up my problem, really appreciate it. I'll try doing what you suggest, i m not sure the bios is updated, the motherboard is rather old and i remember looking for newer bios a couple years ago without success. maybe i lll just reinstall windows, i have a version of windows 7 wich i don't really like but that s that or buy win 8 :/.
Again tank you.

Quite frankly, Win7 may be the best solution for you. The older systems just can't keep up with Win8. I had a Lenovo tablet that won't work with Win8 (it's BIOS dates from 2008) - so I suspect that older BIOS's just don't work well w/Win8 and above. I suspect that the OS was designed w/UEFI in mind, and the ability to use the BIOS was just a backwards-compatibility thing that was built in.
