Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum): http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html Please use Option 1 as it provides Event Viewer logs.

This looks like a compatibility issue to me.
The MRVW24C.sys driver dates from 2007 and is most likely incompatible w/Win8.1
Also, there is also some USB involvement
These both suggest that your wireless USB networking device is to blame.
FWIW - here's my canned speech about these devices:
I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices. Especially in Win8/8.1 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 and later - using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win8/8.1 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

In short, get uninstall the software for this device and then physically remove it from your system. Use a very long wire (or move closer to the router) until you're able to get a PCI/PCIe wireless card to mount in a slot on your motherboard.

Also, visit the motherboard manufacturer's website and get the latest, Win8.1 compatible version of the Intel Management Engine software (that's the HECIx64.sys driver that dates from 2009).
