I have recently started getting Bad Pool Caller crashes, probably about twice a day for the past week. If anyone could figure out how to fix it that would be great.

We can see that most of the dump files blame the "NETIO.sys" which is the Networking Input/Output Driver of Windows and chance of it being at fault is extremely low. Below is a list of 3rd party drivers which are present on your machine :-

Please perform the following steps, one at a time and checking for BSOD's:-
1. Remove AVG Antivirus using this **TOOL**.

2. Remove Adobe File Systems Driver.

3. Update CyberLink WebCam Virtual Driver.

4. Check for updates for the rest of the drivers.

5. It seems that you have overclocked your processor, please reset it back to STOCK settings till the time we are troubleshooting.

Let me know how it goes ^_^.

If you did not do it intentionally then goto BIOS and RESET all settings to DEFAULT.

Keep me updated ^_^.

Hi Chapnis ^_^,

Yes, I would need the freshly generated SF Diagnostic ZIP file to see what is going on. Please attach it with your next post :)

Please follow the below steps, one step at a time :-

  1. We can see that according to the dump file, multiple function calls are present related to Networking Related Drivers. So, please Press the "Start" button and then Type in "Device Manager". Under the Network Adapters drop-down, right click on the Wireless Adapter & Ethernet Adapter and uninstall them. Once it is done, restart the system and let Windows install the drivers for them.
  2. Please remove the Outdated drivers including Adobe Filesystems Driver and the HP Wireless Button Drivers (Most likely related to Keyboard).
  3. Please remove Avast using this **TOOL** and do not install any other Antivirus. Just enable your Windows Defender.
  4. Please remove Elby CD Software.
  5. It seems that the processor is still overclocked. Please make sure that the system is set to STOCK Settings. You can do this by resetting the Default BIOS Settings.

Let me know how it goes ^_^.
