Hello everyone,After searching a lot online i finally decided to post my problem here.
My laptop restarts randomly with an error so called BAD_POOL_HEADER. {This happened even when i'm writing this post }.
I'm not much of gamer, BSOD occurs when im reading PDF's, editing documents, watching movies.
I know i had this problem when i brought my lappy, but it increased since last 2 week.

In my event log i have seen so many critical errors [kernell power event ID:41, Task category : 63 ].
I could not event update to 8.1, every time it crashed when i tried to do an update. So i stopped doing an update.

I hope someone can find a solution to fix my problem.
Thanks in advance.

Event ID 41 errors are simply Windows' way of saying it doesn't know why it shut down.
This can be due to hardware problems, BSOD's, or even just holding the power button down in order to restart the system.
The frequency with which you're experiencing them shows that there's a serious problem here.

Start with these free diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics Most important (IMO) at this time is the MemTest86+ and Prime 95 diagnostics - they'll tell you if the problem is in your RAM or not. If they pass, then start in on the other diagnostics and let us know your results.

Only 132 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

If not using this device, please uninstall the program that it belongs to. If using it, please re-enable it, then update the program to the latest, Win8 compatible version. Feel free to disable it AFTER it's been updated.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
