BSOD at random times whea_uncorrectable_error

Hi everybody,
I randomly BSOD with the whea_uncorrectable_error. The last time it happened it was while I was on google chrome. This occurs randomly maybe two times a month. I don't know what could be wrong with my hardware.
Windows 8.1
I have an Intel i-5 4670k overclocked which I have run on IntelBurnTest with no problems.
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H Mobo
Radeon 7950 Graphics Card
Corsair Vengeance Ram

The fault is present in both the dump files is same that is Proc 0 Bank 1 or there was a cache problem in the L0. And since in the stack, we see a lot of HAL.dll calls therefore it might be a possible hardware failure. Before we could troubleshoot it further, please make sure the system is at stock settings and not overclocked. This generally is the reason for such errors. Furthermore, please update the below 3rd party drivers asap :-
