The old advice about the first BSOD was to reboot and see if it happened again.
If it didn't, then don't worry about it.
If it did, then it was time to start troubleshooting.
As this appears to be a fresh (within the last day) installation of Windows, the first question is "Why did you reinstall Windows?" If it was because of BSOD's, then this is more likely to be a hardware issue (as it repeats after a reinstall of Windows). If you'd like, you can do the following things to help out with it.
Only 36 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 60 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get
ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).
Don't worry about the specific number, it's just important that you have checked and installed any updates that were available.
Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program,
then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): New link (15 Aug 2012):
DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).

The presence of hal.dll in the stack text causes me to wonder about compatibility issues. I also wonder about hardware problems with it - as broken hardware isn't compatible with any system. So, for starters, please run these free hardware diagnostics:

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Also, update your JMicron networking drivers, your wireless drivers, and your touchpad drivers to the latest, Win8.1 compatible version (these drivers all date from before 8.1 was released).
If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:
