Hello to all,
this is my first post and I am glad to have found this forum.
I have a problem that recurs more frequently in recent weeks with frequent BSDO 0xc000021a.

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

Beyond this I have these 3 suggestions:
1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
2. Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
3. If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings'

I suspect your Conexant SoftK56 Modem Driver . The drivers are from 2008 and i doubt it is compatible with windows 8.1.
Check for windows 8.1 drivers and if not avaliable please remove and uninstall it.

The only thing that I was able to find in the reports was multiple Windows Update errors.
Please visit Windows Update to ensure that you have ALL available updates.

Beyond this, please follow through with our suggestions in the previous posts.

I think it will cut the modem conexant, because it can not find drivers compatible with Windows 8.1.
Then apparently the link to Driver Update Site: http://www.conexant.com/support/ does not find anything, I think conexant no longer offers support.

This pc has also an acronis application installed, i known that only acronis true image 2014 is compatible with windows 8.1

Advice; update your acronis program to the latest version.

You have also a older Paragon application please also update this to a windows 8.1 compatible version.

Yes Acronis T.I. is 2014 version.
Parogon is an application that was uninstalled.
Any other ideas?
