Processor: AMD FX-8350 CPU (8x 4.00GHz/8MB L2 Cache)
PowerDrive Level 1 - Up to 10% Overclocking
Memory: 16 GB [4 GB X4] DDR3-1600 Memory Module - G.Skill Ripjaws X
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 - 2GB - EVGA Superclocked - Core: 1202MHz
motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 -- AMD 970

Had this computer since jan 2013 custom built from ibuypower and been having this problem since i got it. At first only got bsod from playing steam games like dead island after 30-60mins. Now i may get them about 2 times a month from just casual use. Bsod are usually different (irql not less or equal, system service exception) but always same driver fault which is ntoskrnl.exe.

I have swaped the graphics card with a similar one, no difference.
I have done 1 memtest for about 12 hours with 3 passes no errors

i posted the latest minidump, will post more when i get them.
Any help or tips would be appreciated.

Sorry for the delay in responding. There just aren't that many people who do BSOD analysis, so at times we get a bit overwhelmed!

Do your still need help with this problem?
I will be notified if you reply to this topic and will respond within 48 hours.

Please ensure that you have ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all - so check back after rebooting.

This device isn't working:
Microsoft Visual Studio Location Simulator Sensor ROOT\WPD\0000 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
If unable to uninstall this device (without it returning), please uninstall Visual Studio to ensure that it's removed. Feel free to reinstall the latest, Win8.1 compatible version of Visual Studio AFTER the system has been stabilized.

From looking at the WER section of MSINFO32, I suspect the drivers for a USB audio device. It appears that you have a Logitech H800 USB wireless headset installed - I'd suspect it's drivers first. If unable to update it's drivers, remove the device from the system and uninstall it software (in order to test if this stops the BSOD's).

Beyond this, as there was only 1 memory dump in the upload, I have these 3 suggestions:
1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
2. Start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
3. If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings'

Thank you for responding, i appreciate the help.
I have updated windows from what I could see.
I have uninstalled Visual Studio, but i don't see it doing much since i just recently installed it last month because of the bsod. I don't plan on re-installing it.

I am going to try to experiment with some games and see if i get any bsod and also removing the wireless headset.
I will post the minidumps if i do.

I will also at some point try the hardware diagnostics.

I finally got another bsod, this is one of the more typical bsod (IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL). I have not removed the headset.

Nothing really significant in this one. Please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

This memory dump blames a Windows component. As you set it to verify 3rd party drivers we have to assume:
- the 3rd party driver weren't at fault.
- that it's either a hardware problem or a Windows problem.

First, recheck to make sure you have all Windows Updates, then try this:
Then please run the following DISM commands to see if there's any problems with the system (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after each one:
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

FYI - I have repaired systems using the last command even though problems weren't found with the first 2 - so I suggest running them all.

From this article: Repair a Windows Image

You can also run sfc.exe /scannow from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt to check for further corruption.

Also, please run these free diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
No need to repeat the memtest, but the video tests may be helpful even though you've replaced video cards.
Please let us know the results and we'll move on from there.

When i scan and check health is says that the component store is repairable. When i restorehealth i get error: 0x800f0906 "The source files could not be downloaded. Use the "source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature."

I'v also tried

Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows

I did sfc.exe /scannow and that said "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them."

Do you think this could the main cause of my problem? It seems i need to get windows 8 pro to use group policy editor in order to get /restorehealth working right. Is it worth the try or should i try something else first?

Once you get the DISM error fixed (and the SFC.EXE), then we'll see if that was the source of your problem.
Please post over in the Windows Update and Activation forums. They are the experts on this sort of problem and their help is needed here. Here's a link to the forum: Windows Updates & Activation - Windows 8 Forums

I'll leave the memory dumps until you've finished with the DISM stuff.
In short, if you're able to fix it, we'll use them.
If you're not able to fix it (and you end up wiping the system), we won't need them.

Good luck!
