BSOD All the Time. Crash Dumps say ntoskrnl.exe

Hello, I'm new here and have a major problem,

I've built myself a new computer.

Gigabite F2A88XM-03H Motherboard
AMD A10-7850K APU
Radeon R7 260X Graphics Card
16 GB of ram.

It has been BOSD -ing constantly. Sometimes hourly. It doesn't matter what I'm doing. Video Games, Kerbal Space Program, surfing the web, watching youtube, or just typing in word.

I've tried a full re install of windows. I've tried refreshing windows. I've cleaned the registry, checked the drives for errors. I've run memtest for a full day. I've updated all of my drivers. I can't find or fix the problem.

I have a ton of mini crash dumps. The ones I've looked at say ntoskrnl.exe is the problem.

Can anyone help?

Here are the crash dumps in .txt files.

I think some of them might have occurred during an update. But most were just during regular computer use.

Also, I am not overclocking. My ram is running at the manufacturer's specs. And my CPU isn't overheating.

I've tried everything I can think of and everything I can find online.

Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry If I did any of this wrong. This is a little out of my depth when it comes to computers.

Your BIOS dates from 2009. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

Only 49 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 60 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

These devices have problems in Device Manager:
Microsoft Basic Display Adapter PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_130F&SUBSYS_01231002&REV_00\3&267A616A&1&08 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
PCI Device PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1423&SUBSYS_14231022&REV_00\3&267A616A&1&02 The drivers for this device are not installed.
These devices are your AMD Radeon R7 200 Series / ECS A75F2-M2 and AMD Radeon HD Please install the latest, Win8.1 compatible drivers for these devices immediately. The chipset drivers should be available from the Gigabyte website and the video card drivers will be available from the AMD website.

Just as an aside, your video card seems to have drivers loaded in the dump files. If updating the drivers doesn't fix the devices in Device Manager - and you don't discover any hardware problems with them - then you might consider uninstalling them in order to see what happens (backup your stuff first!).

Out of 6 memory dumps there were 5 different BSOD error codes. The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers) - and older systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

You can get a head start on the hardware diagnostics if you'd like - they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.
NOTE: these symptoms were from the previous release of OverDrive. The new release uses the same driver name, but is dated from 4 November 2013.
Please un-install all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure - Sysnative Forums

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Un-install". Reboot for changes to take affect.
Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

Alright, thanks for all the help.

Here's my update;

Windows Update has been slowly installing all of the newer updates over the past week. After seeing this, I checked now, and got the last two. According to update, I am all good now.

I was really surprised when you said my video drivers weren't up to date, because that's the first thing I checked. I checked again, and every time I tried the install, nothing would happen and windows said the drivers were up to date. But then I updated the drivers for the on board video. I would have never thought to do that. And after that one was updated, it let me update my other graphics card.

I followed the instructions to install the drivers without installing the other AMD software. So now my video drivers should be good.

I tried to get the bios update, but my computer keeps saying the install file is not compatible, that I need to get the 64 bit version. I am extremely hesitant about touching the bios or motherboard driver stuff, as I have never done it before.

I think I'm going to wait to see if the video driver and chipset updates fixed the problem. If it hasn't, then I might consider looking into bios updates.

Thanks again for all of the help. Here's hoping its fixed.

Integrated video is a genuine PITA. On my system I can't update the ATI drivers unless I use the OEM provided drivers (as the Intel drivers won't let the ATI drivers install unless they're signed by Intel). Rather than fuss with it, I've left my ATI drivers inoperable.

If you're having difficulties with the BIOS - DO NOT MESS WITH IT!!!!
You can physically damage the motherboard doing this.
Unfortunately, this leaves you with the problem of the BIOS being outdated (and maybe not compatible w/Win8)
Maybe you can check the manufacturer's forums for assistance with the BIOS problem?

Good luck!
