These devices are disabled in Device Manager. Is this deliberate? If so, why?

Please enable them and update their drivers before disabling them again (or, remove them from your system).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

TAP-Win32 Adapter V9 or[br]OpenVPN driver or COMODO
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=tap0901.sys

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

thanks for your reply,
now i am a little puzzled i deleted the program that used that vpn driver but i dont know how to verify that the driver is gone also.

i am struggling to effectly use driver veryfier, i dont know which settings to use to help you , to help me.
i think it doesnt help to run the verifier on "all" mode

i deactivated those networks on purpose cause i deleted the programs they where created of but i cant delete those networks.

Actually, we're not concerned if the driver is gone, just that it's not loading.
The easiest way to see if they're loading or not is to just wait for another BSOD.

Which settings in Driver Verifier are puzzling you?
Running it in "all" mode will help, but (IMO) not as much as running it against 3rd party (non-Microsoft) drivers.

Temperatures look OK to me.

Lot's of Hypervisor errors in the uploaded log files
Please turn Hyper-V off.

To do this, open up Control Panel...Programs and Features
Click on the "Turn Windows features on or off" link in the left sidebar
Remove the checkmark from the Hyper-V entry
Wait for the window that asks you to reboot
Then reboot

See if this helps with the issues that you're having.
If not, then we'll try this:
Then please run the following DISM commands to see if there's any problems with the system (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after each one:
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

FYI - I have repaired systems using the last command even though problems weren't found with the first 2 - so I suggest running them all.

From this article: Repair a Windows Image

You can also run sfc.exe /scannow from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt to check for further corruption.

If it's overheating, try this:

For a laptop
- blow out the vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum - it may damage the system)
- use a laptop cooling pad if possible
- only use the laptop on a hard surface, keeping all the vents free and unobstructed.

For a desktop
- try opening the case and pointing a house fan (on high) into the case. If this lessens the frequency of the BSOD's, you'll know that it's due to overheating.

If it's less than a year old, it's probably under warranty.
Take it to the warranty center and have it fixed.
