I dont know if there are any known issues with n550jv model running windows 8.1, something else, i changed my hdd into a ssd samsung evo and changed the 2x4 ram into a 2x8 ram, but it was like 3 months ago and this started like a month ago with windows 8.1 hope you can help! if you need any more information just ask!
