BSOD when capturing gameplay w/ Shadowplay/Bandicam/Fraps

Hi, I just got my new laptop, it came without an OS, so I installed Windows 8.1 Pro.

I've only got BSOD so far when:
-Recording Counter-Strike Source with either NVIDIA Shadowplay, Fraps or Bandicam. It happens allmost instantly after starting recording (about 15-30 seconds).
.Just playing Asphalt 8: Airborne (from the store). One time I got BSOD almost instantly, another time I played for a couple of minutes before I exited the game myself.

I did not get BSOD when:
-Playing Counter-Strike Source and using Skype (and not recording).
-Recording Arma 3 (recorded for 1 hour).

These are the erros I've been able to capture (when playing CSS and recording):
BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY
KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
KMODE_EXEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (win32k.sys)
KMODE_EXEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

And I also did ran Memtest86+ twice: http://i.imgur.com/ggwAofQ.jpg.

I don't understand how I messed up and posted in the wrong section, even when I read how to post a BSOD thread. Sorry about that, I feel incompetent.

It seems that you have reinstalled Windows - that has deleted all the old memory dumps.
As such, we only have one to work with.
FYI - differing errors (such as those in your post) are typically due to hardware.
So please start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
Please let us know the results of the diagnostic tests.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Also update your Killer Ethernet driver (Driver Reference Table - e22w7x64.sys) as it dates from before Win8.1 was released.

Got some more bluescreens today, one when no game was running.
REFERENCE_BY_POINTER

And another after 5 seconds of recording with bandicam.
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

For some reason I weren't able to boot from MemTest on the same USB-stick I installed Windows 8 from. Is v4.10 fine? (I burned it on cd a few years ago when I had some issues on my desktop). Gonna let it run throug the night again and see what results it brings. And maybe swap the RAM as stated on your website.
I just installed and tried Windows 7 again, and I still get bluescreens. Now I even got it when playing Minecraft (ftb Monster modpack) without recording.
Got these on Windows 7
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXEPTION (When recording CSS)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (Minecraft and not recording)

I'll do some more tests tomorrow, i'm a bit tired now.

Running the older MemTest will probably work - but I'm no expert with it.
Luckily the Prime95 test will check RAM along with the CPU cache and the memory controller

You will have to be very careful when viewing the results of the dump analysis.
Be sure to check if the analysis points to the Win7 or Win8 system.

Win7:

Only 169 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have approx 200 or more (I haven't checked this in a long, long time). Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all). The point here is that you should check for updates - don't be concerned about the actual number.

Them MSINFO32.nfo file is corrupted, please do this (if Win7 is still installed):
MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Still looks like hardware to me - please continue with the hardware diagnostics:

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

BugCheck Info: REFERENCE_BY_POINTER (18)
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, Object type of the object whose reference count is being lowered
Arg2: ffffe001758b9500, Object whose reference count is being lowered
Arg3: 0000000000000010, Reserved
Arg4: 0000000000008000, Reserved
The reference count of an object is illegal for the current state of the object.
Each time a driver uses a pointer to an object the driver calls a kernel routine
to increment the reference count of the object. When the driver is done with the
pointer the driver calls another kernel routine to decrement the reference count.
Drivers must match calls to the increment and decrement routines. This bugcheck
can occur because an object's reference count goes to zero while there are still
open handles to the object, in which case the fourth parameter indicates the number
of opened handles. It may also occur when the object?s reference count drops below zero
whether or not there are open handles to the object, and in that case the fourth parameter
contains the actual value of the pointer references count.

Fatal errors in Prime95 usually indicate issues w/RAM, CPU Cache, or memory controller.
RAM is most likely if you're running the Blend test.

Try running the MemTest86+ bootable test
Or, try testing the sticks individually (if it won't void your warranty).

Just wanted to say that I got my laptop back, and it was the RAM that was the problem. They replaced it, and now it works fine :)
