All your dumpfiles points to your Graphiccard:

Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+9bbe2c )

Your driver is already from march 2014, so i presume this is not the culprit.

Overheating or a lack of power can be a source of Video TDR Timeout.
Has your PSU enough power.
Also overclocking can cause overheating.

As you mentioned it happened with very stressfull program like high performance games and you installed Tuneup Utilities.(speed up and optimizing program)
You are overclocking with more than 40%
CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200U CPU @ 1.60GHz"
MaxSpeed: 1600
CurrentSpeed: 2295

Please stop overclocking.
Or uninstall Tuneup Utilities.

i have several question

1.if i add more ram can increase maxspeed limit?
