I'm not real good w/CBS logs. I'd suggest posting over in the Windows Update and Activation forum for assistance with that.

This looks to be a hardware problem. Please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics. Let us know the results and we can move on from there.

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum): http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html Please use Option 1 as it provides Event Viewer logs.

BTW - I have a hunch about the NvStreamKms.sys driver. Please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

From a previous post of mine (located here: http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...artup-lid-closed-dpc-watchdog.html#post379761 ):
..... NvStreamKms.sys - an nVidia driver that belongs to the nVidia Streaming Kernel service.
Check this post out for a possible fix: https://forums.geforce.com/default/t...ezing-your-pc/
Or, you may want to uninstall the nVidia drivers and then install a fresh copy without the Streaming Kernel Service (I'm not familiar with nVidia drivers, so I don't even know if this is possible).

OK ill get on all this now not to good with this sort of thing this is my first pc going to ask a friend to come over to help me out.

i also found in device manager in other devices that PCI simple communications controller is marked with ! and in its properties says: the drivers for this device are not installed (code 28) there are no compatible drivers for this device. I have tryed update driver but does notting at all. I also disabled the Nvidia Streamer Services witch is the driver NvStreamKms.sys driver. so maybe that might stop a crash or two :)

Tne unknown device is probably the Intel Management Engine Interface.
Please visit the Asus support website for your motherboad to download and install the latest, Win8.1 compatible version of this device and it's drivers.

As you noted, the Driver Verifier enabled memory dump blame the AsUpIO.sys driver.
The driver seems to be located at: \SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\AsUpIO.sys
Please remove the program that this driver belongs to (when you do, please let us know so I can add this information to the Driver Reference Table.

You may want to try Driver Verifier again.

But you will need to complete the hardware diagnostics that I suggested earlier.

Ok removed both ASUSFILTER.sys AsUpIO.sys drivers,we installed the Intel Management Engine Interface witch fixed that problem we also ran the hardware diagnostics witch did not give any files to post but showed no errors also tested the GPU. ran Driver Verifier on scan all drivers on the pc witch couse the pc to crash a few times when i tryed to turn the driver verifier off and went to restart the pc it crashed had to shut down and turn back on all minidump files are added. Hope it shows something to stop this for happening! The crashes where all new errors cant remember the names sorry, also on the restart crashes before the pc restarted was just (driver _Verifier_Violation) with notting after it. thats all the updates for now. without running the driver verifier the pc is running so far with no problems

All but the last memory dump was Driver Verifier enabled. Most of them were related to networking.
The last memory dump didn't have a specific cause.
There may be a hardware problem (I'm not sure). If you'd like to get a head start on the diagnostics, they're listed here: Hardware Diagnostics

If the crashes continue:
- update all network related components (to include programs that access the internet - such as your anti-virus).
If you have the most current version, remove it and try another antivirus temporarily.
- try Driver Verifier again - but be sure to turn it off after you get a memory dump generated.
- complete the hardware diagnostics and let us know the results.

In general the best place for drivers is from the motherboard manufacturer's website.
Although they are not the most current, they've usually been tested for compatibility.
In your case, your network device is: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I217-V
As the Asus website offers 2 LAN drivers that are WHQL certified for Win8.1 - I'd expect that these would be OK to start with. But (as this is an Intel chipset), you'll find more updated versions at http://downloadcenter.intel.com

Don't forget that this could also be hardware (bad network card, bad cable, bad connection between the cable and the ISP, etc) The easiest test for this is seeing if another system on the same network has problems. If not, then it's somewhere back from the point where the 2 meet inside the house.

Here's a list of some of the network enabled programs (that I know) from your MSINFO32 file:
spotify
skype
java
Microsoft mouse and keyboard center
Silverlight
Steam
nvidia corporation (different programs)
VideoLAN
WinRAR
World of Tanks
TeamSpeak 3 client
Adobe stuff
Asus services
Avast
Google Update service
Intel Proset monitoring service
Broadcom netextreme
Bluetooth devices
Intel services and monitors
chrome (and other browsers)
Microsoft and Windows programs

I don't know if these are/are not:
shadow play
Asus AI Suite
Battle.net
Hearthstone
Corsair SSD Toolbox

The oldest 3rd party drivers from this memory dump are these:
AsIO.sys Wed Aug 22 05:54:47 2012 (5034AC67) - Asus program
e1i63x64.sys Wed Mar 20 03:37:29 2013 (51496739) - Intel network driver
TeeDriverx64.sys Mon Aug 19 13:23:31 2013 (52125493) - Intel Management Engine

As the Intel network driver dates from before Win8.1 was released, and I saw some networking issues in the Driver Verifier memory dumps - this'd be the place to start. Update to the Asus version of this driver and see if that stops the errors. If not, then get a later version from the Intel website and see if that stops the errors.

Do the same for the Intel Management Engine stuff. We'll worry about teh AsIO.sys driver later (we may have to manually remove it).

These last 3 memory dumps are very likely due to a hardware problem.
Please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics. Let us know the results and we can move on from there.

We used the intel processor diagnostic tool to double check the CPU. The results of the test are in the attachment together with a print screen of the S.M.A.R.T test result for the SSD done with Corsair SSD Toolbox.
We used Memtest86+ to test memory with a bootable USB pen and it performed correctly with no errors.
Also we used furmark to test the GPU witch performed perfectly for over 30 min in full screen never going over 80 degrees. Just on the safe side we also tested the other HDD i have from WD (tested with software provided from the WD official website) witch was also clear or errors. That leaves the motherboard as a possible issue in terms of hardware. Other then that i'm open to suggestions. I also had a friend suggesting to downgrade the OS version to Win 7 just to be sure that it's not a capability issue and just pure hardware problem.

What we loosely lump together under hardware problems are several things that aren't actually hardware. The reason for this is that they sometimes cause errors that look like hardware problems.

One of those is compatibility - so your friend's Win7 suggestion is a good one.

We can also try to rule out OS issues by a clean reinstall of Win8.
Then, if no problems occur, update to Win8.1 and then Win8.1 Update 1 to see if the problems stay away

In general, I shy away from "tests" like these as they're both an inelegant solution and an inconvenience for the owner.
But, OTOH, it may save you time. As it's your system, the decision is yours. Don't forget to backup your stuff, as these solutions will wipe out ALL of your data! Some further hints about "clean" installs are here: Canned Speeches - Clean Install (written for Win7).

FYI - Here's the canned speech that I use about "hardware" issues:
The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers) - and older systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

You can get a head start on the hardware diagnostics if you'd like - they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics

Your CPU is overclocked - according to the CPU test, but not by the memory dumps.
Double check any possible overclocked settings. Here's the quote from the CPU test results.
I don't understand a lot of this, so you may have to get assistance from someone in the hardware/CPU forums:
--- Reading CPU Frequency ---

Expected CPU Frequency is --> 3.40

Detected CPU Frequency is --> 3.80525

CPU Frequency Test Passed with Warning!!!

The processor frequency could be affected by power management features. In order
to ensure the processor frequency is not affected by a power management setting,
enter BIOS, load defaults, and disable any 'Over-Clocking' or power
management features that may affect processor frequency. Also, set any
software applications which control power management features to default.

Finally, an odd thing that sometimes helps is running Driver Verifier. Even though it's not usually helpful in hardware situations, occasionally it'll point to a driver that we hadn't suspected. So, please give it a try using these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
