Blue screen? Driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

hmm hello there well lately ive been getting this error heres a link of it

so ive tried solving it by updating intel drivers which doesnt work, im not sure if it was due to me updating windows 8 to 8.1
it usually only happens when i play League Of Legends
hmmm also ive tried looking for some soultions and most of them were downgrading back to windows 8?
but im not so sure how to fix this please can someone help
