BSOD when waking up laptop, 0000000A nt IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_E

So a few moments ago I had my first BSOD (since I changed my failing HDD with an SSD). It happened when I opened the lid and was about to enter my password/PIN @Windows 8 lockscreen. I usually press enter on the numpad to bring up the password/PIN prompt screen and when I did that I got a BSOD saying "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".

I had Google Chrome running in the background with about 3 tabs (not running any demanding sites). I had IOGraph running in the background (it detects mouse movements and stops and puts it on an image file to make it look nice, again nothing too demanding).
I updated my GPU and Bluetooth drivers about 2-3hrs before it happened. They were the latest Intel HD4000 and Bluetooth (integrated in Intel Centrino Advanced-N6325) from Intel's site. All of this was after restarting post-driver updates.

I have never had a BSOD, at least for the last 6-7 months (when my HDD failed). S.M.A.R.T. data for my SSD has not changed and shows no abnormalities. I would really appreciate some help on this.

Your D: drive has less than .01% free space.
It's an 8 gB SSD of some sort, I guess that it's part of the hybrid Express Cache feature
My concern is that the lack of fres space may prevent some operations - but I'm unsure of how this works with this sort of SSD (and how the combination works with another Hard Drive)
I'd suggest looking into the Samsung forums for specifics on this detail.

Although it looks like you have all Windows Updates, please check again just to be sure.
The memory dump blames a Bluetooth Stereo driver.

Do you have any Bluetooth devices connected to the system?

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please UNINSTALL this one:

Soluto driver

If not needed, uninstall this one. If needed, it MUST be updatedto the latest, Win8.1 compatible version.

TAP-Win32 Adapter V9 or[br]OpenVPN driver or COMODO

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
