Solved ntoskrnl causes swap death. Dell 27 XPS all-in-one

This is a fairly new computer. ntoskrnl.exe grows to up to 5 gigabyte according to verifier. This causes the computer to slow down so as to be unusable.

Software that loads something automatically:

Dropbox
Fling File Transfer (NCH Software)
Chrome (problem occurs without Chrome actually being used)

Other commonly run software. None of which need be used to cause the problem.

bridgepad
ACBLscore
bridgecomposer.

Any ideas would be appreciated. I've not had any luck with searches.

Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog))
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

Bluetooth problems in Device Manager:

Virtual Bluetooth Support (Include Audio) BTHENUM\{CBECAB40-A2C8-4AB3-ADC1-DE0FE95D8600}_LOCALMFG&0000\8&C6EA8C2&0&000000000000_00000000 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
Bluetooth LWFLT Device BTHENUM\{DD533152-01F4-435C-ABFE-984BC21A2A65}_LOCALMFG&0000\8&C6EA8C2&0&000000000000_00000000 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.

Win8 Bluetooth drivers don't work well with Win8.1 Please:
- download a fresh copy of the latest, Win8.1 compatible Bluetooth drivers for your system
- uninstall the current Bluetooth software/drivers from your system
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further issues

Lot's of errors due to pcdrsysinfocsmi.p5x Please uninstall PC Doctor to see if that stops the problems (lot's of info on the web about problems with this file).

On the off chance that it's an OS corruption, you may want to try this:

Then please run the following DISM commands to see if there's any problems with the system (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after each one:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

FYI - I have repaired systems using the last command even though problems weren't found with the first 2 - so I suggest running them all.

You can also run sfc.exe /scannow from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt to check for further corruption.

I have done the following:

Updated Dell Wireless 1730 Bluetooth:
Bluetooth Enumerator and Bluetooth LE Enumerator supposedly up to date.

Checked that there was no PC Doctor software installed and searched for the filename in particular.

Ran DISM as described. There was supposedly a problem that was fixed. I've rebooted the computer after that.

I have attached the events as a zipped xml file. The command described above did not work but I think I got all the information one would need from that source.

I hope this is helpful. The steps completed so far have not helped the problem.

Sorry but I can't get anything out of the XML file
It doesn't appear that the actual events were stored in this log.

Since you're still having problems, I'd have to suggest a "Refresh" of the system: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/2293-refresh-windows-8-a.html

I did a system refresh and then started adding programs. Fling File Transfer turned out to be the culprit. The computer worked fine with that before the 8.1 update. We also had no problems with that program on other computers. After adding Non-paged pool to Task Manager I can see it is the problem.

Knowing this we can work around this or replace it.
