Your dumpfiles from april, march, all are DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) all blame VBoxNetFlt.sys
this the VirtualBox network driver.

The earlier dumpfiles also are DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) and blames 0x9F_3_POWER_DOWN_Rt630x64_IMAGE_pci.sys. This is Rt630x64.sys. This is the driver for your Realtek PCI/PCIe Adapters.

As you see the bsod are related to the devices you have disabled.

Strange: the rt630x64.sys is not even listed in your modules/drivers list.
Driver Description: Realtek PCI/PCIe Adapters
Driver Update Site: Realtek.

VBoxNetFlt.sys Wed Dec 18 17:13:29 2013 (52B1C9A9)
