BSOD KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR on Dell Inspiron Laptop

Hi folks,

I'm getting intermittent BSOD on KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR on my two-week old refurbished Dell Inspiron laptop. Last time it happened was when the computer had gone to sleep and I woke it up - the login screen never appeared and instead I got the BSOD.

Any help much appreciated. I've been having BSOD issues ever since I bought the laptop. Initially they were related to the display driver. Dell helped me update my display driver but now I'm getting these kernel error BSODs.

Thanks in advance! Crash data attached.

Just had another BSOD, once again when waking computer from sleep. This time the error was slightly different "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED". Attached crash data.

Please uninstall all the Bluetooth stuff from Control Panel...Programs and Features and from Device Manager. Then download and install the latest, Win8.1 compatible drivers for the Bluetooth. There have been problems with Win8 Bluetooth drivers on Win8.1 systems - so only use Win8.1 compatible drivers. If the drivers aren't available, post back and we'll see what we can find.

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized. i5 and i7 processors can be "auto-overclocked" by using Intel's TurboBoost feature. If so, it's safe to disregard this caution.
Processor may be overclocked!
Expected Frequency: 1800
Actual Frequency: 2394
Overclock Ratio: 1.33

Out of 8 memory dumps there were 4 different BSOD error codes. The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

You can get a head start on the hardware diagnostics if you'd like - they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics
Start with the hard drive test as two of the memory dumps point to a hardware error with the drive.
Other dumps point at video, so run the rest of the tests also (as each of them can affect the video).

Please update your ATI video drivers to the latest, Win8.1 compatible version.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.
