BSOD appearing at random, error message being "tcpip.sys"

Hi!

I have very little experiance dealing with these types of errors, the full message I recieve is "DRIVER_IRQL_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys)". This began a few days ago, and appears to happen at very different rates. I've tried numerous things but none seemed to have helped. Here is the minidump analysis of what's happening during crashes.

I hope somebody can help! I can provide further minidump's if needed.

-Dan

-edit- Changed format, attachment now included, sorry for being blind and missing the post on how to format this! This is very confusing, just now it crashed before I even got logged in fully.. Certain programs haven't even started being loaded..

Format fixed! Attached link now, hopefully easier to diagnose. I've been putting up with constant BSOD all day at random rates, there is no constancy between when they occur and what I'm doing when they do.

I was wondering if anybody could spare the time to quickly get this resolved.. The bsod is appearing at such a rate my computer is becoming unusable.. Tempted to just do a factory reset as I desperately need this computer to do work upon.

"DRIVER_IRQL_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys)"
This looks like a driver problem with a network device (tcpip.sys is a network driver). Start by:
- download fresh copies of any wired/wireless networking drivers
- uninstall the currently installed wired/wireless networking software/drivers
- install the freshly downloaded wired/wireless drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's
NOTE: it appears that you've already updated your wireless drivers - if so, there's no need to update them again.

Is there any particular reason that you haven't updated to Win8.1? I ask to see if there are problems related to it.

Only 130 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Please provide this report (it's not in the reports that you've uploaded):
MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

You have drivers for an XBox wireless controller that date from 2009 - please uninstall the drivers for this device and physically remove it from your system - as it's known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.

The raw stack text hints at Kaspersky being to blame. In order to test this, please uninstall Kaspersky and ensure that Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall are enabled while testing. If this stops the BSOD's, feel free to install a freshly downloaded copy of the latest Kaspersky product and reactivate it using your subscription information.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Don't forget the Kaspersky - it's (IMO) the most likely cause here.

I presume that you're referring to the wired network adapter.
It's the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller located here: Realtek

Another point that I just discovered, removed kerspersky and updated a few drivers and now a program named 'hamachi' pops up with several updates, and begins automatically updating. I know this program uses networks and such and was wondering if this could possibly be the cause of these errors, if it was perhaps interacting with kespersky or something along those lines?

Hamachi is usually in league with LogMeIn or other remote software.
If you're having problems and don't use remote software - then you may be infected.

Please post over in the System Security forum: ( System Security - Windows 8 Forums ) if you suspect an infection.
