Unexpected kernel something

Your BIOS dates from 2010. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

It's possible that the system isn't compatible w/Win8.1 If the errors continue over the long run you may want to consider downgrading to Win8 or Win7 in order to achieve stability.

Only 24 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 56 - 60 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Looks to me like it's your ESET program. Try uninstalling it to see if that helps (be sure to enable Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall while testing). Feel free to reinstall the latest, Win8.1 compatible version of ESET once the system has been stabilized.

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (17 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web. Removing some drivers may make the system unstable - so if you're unable to find updates, post back for info on the one's that can/cannot be safely removed.

Okay,i've removed my ESS for now I will see if it still crashes
Also this board is a P45 board released back in 2008 ,my bios is actually the newest for this particular board

Ive rerun windows updates as well and no new updates are offered to me are you sure other systems has at least 60? Keep in mind i have the 8.1 update 1 installed which is suppoed to be a rollup of security/stability/etc updates

The number of updates is an average - it's the visit to Windows Update that is critical. If it says you're up to date - then that's all we need.

This one appears to show cFosSpeed Traffic Shaping as the fault (cfosspeed6.sys)
Please remove it in order to see if that helps.
If you must reinstall it, please ensure that you get a version that's Win8.1 compatible (the above driver dates from before Win8.1 was released).

Please understand that, should this be a compatibility problem, it'll act similarly to a hardware problem. When that happens, we can end up chasing errors one-by-one forever.

I hope that we're able to find a problem that we can uninstall.

But, please understand that incompatibilities don't just automatically crop up the instant that an OS is installed. Often what happens is that the system works just fine until an update comes along that needs a certain feature from the system. And if the system doesn't have that feature, it'll show up as an error then.

We'll continue to work on this as long as it takes. It'll be your decision (if necessary) that it's an incompatibility.
Good luck!
